Please note the following policies of the Shred A Thon:

*Files/Documents may only be brought to shredding in Boxes. Files/Documents that are brought in bags will be turned away and not collected for shredding.

*ALL X-Rays and x-ray holders must be removed from all files and placed in separate boxes or bags (files containing ANY x-rays will be turned away and not collected for shredding) 

*X-Rays will be collected but MUST be in their own boxes or bags.

* E-Waste may include the following: Computers, scanners, faxes, phones, printers, TV's, radios, stereos, headsets, speakers etc. Ink cartridges are NOT accepted.

*Members will be required to unload their own boxes and e-waste from their own vehicles.

Each member may bring up to 20 boxes of shredding material FREE of charge.  Each additional box after 20 will be charged a $40 per box fee.

Registration is mandatory as we need to be prepared with enough trucks for collection & shredding. REGISTRATION DEADLINE: April 28th 2026 at 10:00AM

*THE LATEST TO DROP OFF ANY BOXES FOR PLEASANTON & UNION CITY LOCATIONS WILL BE NO LATER THAN 5:00PM.
