Most Associate Jobs SUCK!

Ours won’t. Our practice is in a great location in Castro Valley, CA. We are an incredible private practice that is growing quickly. We have five operatories and a lot of new patients to fill them! Currently we’re seeing over 70 new patients per month and would love to increase that with another doctor to provide excellent care. In the next few months, we hope to hire an associate that can join the team as a leader, perform exceptional dentistry and will add value to our patients doing high quality dentistry. We perform a wide variety of procedures including any extraction (except impacted third molars), all facets of implant dentistry including All-On-X, Invisalign, and most root canals. If technology is your thing, we’ll be a great fit because we do same day crowns, have two IO scanners (iTero, Trios) and are incorporating 3D printing. No Medicaid plans, all cash/PPO patients.

We currently have two doctors and are looking to add another provider to join our team. Prior experience as an associate dentist in private practice is preferred, but will definitely consider doctors who are motivated and coachable.

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
Based on experience. High earning opportunity- negotiable daily minimum with a percentage of adjusted production (28-33%)
