Dentistry requires precision under pressure. Between patient expectations, production demands, and team leadership, clinicians often operate in a chronically activated stress state — affecting focus, decision-making, and long-term sustainability.

This course explores the neuropsychology of stress in dental practice and provides practical, evidence-informed tools to improve emotional regulation, leadership effectiveness, and resilience. Participants will learn how personality patterns influence burnout, how relational dynamics impact team performance, and how to implement simple mind–body strategies immediately in the operatory.

Designed specifically for dental professionals seeking high performance without sacrificing mental health.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

• Understand how chronic stress impacts the brain and nervous system in clinical practice

• Identify common personality patterns that increase burnout and reactivity

• Apply brief mind–body regulation techniques during the workday

• Recognize relational dynamics that affect team morale and productivity

• Implement practical strategies to lead with clarity and emotional intelligence
