For over 20 years SACDS has been proud to partner with Eden Area ROP to provide access to members to newly trained Dental Assistants in Alameda County.  Eden provides a full complete Foundations in Dental Assisting Program, along with standalone courses for Dental Assistants being trained by their employers.

Since 2019 SACDS has partnered with JVS. Jewish Vocational Service (JVS) is a nonprofit working to close opportunity gaps in employment by supporting jobseekers with the skills and confidence to secure quality careers.  JVS's has multiple Dental Assisting pathways.  A complete DA training program that funnels new DA's into local externship programs with SACDS members and a DA to RDA program that provides free training and guidance through the RDA testing system in CA.
