How to Become a Member
Dentists interested in becoming a member of the Southern Alameda County Dental Society can use the following link to print out a membership application. Simply fill out the application and fax to the society office at 510-782-5890. You can also mail your application to: 24301 Southland Drive #309, Hayward, CA 94545.
